Zero Air Vent

I don't know about you, but my basement gets really cold in the summer from the factory vents that still let that cold air in even when they are closed.  I created these vents to completely stop the air from blowing when its closed.  It can be fully closed, open or somewhere in between.  It also has adjustable height screws for getting the vent cover to align flush with the drop ceiling tile.

Please note:  I will need measurements of the opening for your vent as well as the distance from the HVAC sheet metal to the face of drop ceiling tile.
